All night vision and thermal imaging products are subject to United States export rules and regulations. This equipment is currently under the export jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State.  An export license will be required prior to shipping, transporting or exporting this equipment from the United States .

Valid export licenses may be issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation 120-130.  The U.S. Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulation may be found at http://www.siaed.org
